Plan limits
Your organization can hold a limited number of some resources. Limits are counted per organization, not per workspace, so they cover everything your whole team has created.
What is limited
Section titled “What is limited”| Resource | Counted as |
|---|---|
| Agents | Active agents, of either kind. Disabled agents do not count. |
| Environments | Every connected account. |
| Workspaces | Every workspace in the organization. |
| Users | Active members. Disabled members do not count. |
When you reach a limit
Section titled “When you reach a limit”The action is refused before anything is created. Over the CLI or the API the error carries the
code QUOTA_EXCEEDED, and the message names the resource and the current count:
error: [QUOTA_EXCEEDED] Agent quota reached: 3 of 3 in use. Delete an unused Agent or contact StratoNext to raise the limit.Because the code is specific, an agent working on your behalf can recognise it and tell you rather than retrying. Retrying will not help: nothing frees up on its own.
Making room
Section titled “Making room”Look at what you already have and remove what you no longer need:
stratonext agent liststratonext agent delete <agent-id> --confirmDeleting an External agent revokes its credential immediately, so any process still using it stops being able to act. Check what an agent is used for before removing it.
